BSE declared the Fair Values for 84 compulsorily delisted companies. Their compulsory delisting is effective from Dec 01, 2017, and it has released another list of 28 companies for which the effective date is August 23, 2017. The action is as per SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulations -2009.

The promoters of the compulsorily delisted companies should buy back the shares from retail investors by paying the Fair Values.
60 NSE Companies Also Delisted
Apart from the above companies, BSE also delisted the shares of 60 companies from its platform that were originally faced the action in the NSE.( As per the Securities Contracts( Regulation) Rules, 1957, if any exchange delisted any company, other exchanges have to follow that decision). Investors can find the Fair Values of these 60 companies also in the below table.
